Orlando Regional Realtor® Association reports home values up 4.5% in Oct. 2018

The Orlando Regional Realtor® Association reports the October 2018 median home value of $228,500 for Central Florida with home values up 4.5% year-over-year in its monthly “Market Pulse Report.” Average DOM of only 52 with only 2.8-month supply of inventory. Distressed properties represented only 4% of all sales. It’s a seller’s market with historically low inventory levels & multiple buyers competing for properties, however the inventory shortage is slowing.
